1.) What payment method do you accept?
We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via PAYPAL & GOOGLE CHECKOUT, all through this Secure Payment Gateway. You will be able to select the payment method you prefer at checkout. You can also pay by Electronic Check by selecting Paypal as your payment and your product will be send after the Electronic Check by Paypal will be cleared. We do accepted a Money Order, Personal Checks, and Business Checks. If you wish to mail it to us we suggest that you select CHECK / Money Order as your payment option and include a copy of the order with your check. 2.) I don't have a credit card...can I still order?
Simply add all of the items to your shopping cart and select "CHECK / Money Order" as payment. Send by mail your check/money order along copy of order. We accept personal / business checks and money orders. If you pay by personal check and/or business check we will hold check until it clears the bank about 5 days, before we ship the order. Money orders, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. check the #1 Question above at where and how to send it.

3.) How do you ship?
We ship all our orders by USPS delivery. USPS does not ship to post office boxes. Rush service is available by UPS 2nd day air. Airmail is available for Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO Boxes (Military).

4.) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For fastest service rush delivery is available but is expensive. USPS normally takes from 7 to 10 business days.

6.) What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item. No refund after 7days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable which means it's buyer's resposibility. This includes all refused and unaccepted packages. Ship to: P.O. 5.) What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.

7.) What makes your products so unique?
Some of our products are exclusives and not sold in any stores. We feature the Classic Wildlife Collection and the Maiku Collection plus many special lines developed and produced exclusively for our customers.
